Due to the natural variation in beef, actual weights and appearance may vary slightly from what is shown. All of our beef is farm-raised at Pudding River Beef Company. We reserve the right to correct any errors in product descriptions or pricing at any time.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a pricing error has occurred. Payment is collected at the time of order placement.
4. Order Processing & Cancellations
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and will issue a full refund in such cases.
5. Shipping & Delivery
All products are shipped frozen using insulated packaging and dry ice or gel packs to maintain food safety during transit. By placing an order, you acknowledge:
- Someone must be available to receive and promptly refrigerate or freeze the delivery
- Pudding River Beef Company is not responsible for spoilage resulting from missed deliveries, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or carrier delays beyond our control
- Delivery windows are estimates and are not guaranteed
If your order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address or missed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
6. No Returns on Perishable Goods

7. Food Safety
Once your order is delivered, you are responsible for proper handling, storage, and preparation of all products. Pudding River Beef Company is not liable for illness or injury resulting from improper handling, storage, or cooking after delivery. All beef should be kept frozen until ready to use and cooked to USDA-recommended internal temperatures.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pudding River Beef Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
