Our Story

Pudding River Beef Company was born from a simple passion that's been part of our family for generations. For nearly 10 years, we have been raising premium American Wagyu cattle in the foothills of the Cascade Mountain Range, overlooking Oregon's Willamette Valley. What started as a love for livestock and the land - something my father instilled in me at a very young age - has grown into something much bigger: a dream to share exceptional beef with families who care about where their food comes from.

For years, we have supplied family and friends with high-quality beef, and their enthusiasm showed us there was a real hunger for honest, traceable beef raised with care. That's when my wife Elena, our children, and I decided to turn this God-given passion into a business we could build together - one that honors our values and serves others.
