For nearly 10 years, we have been raising premium American Wagyu cattle in the foothills of the Cascade Mountain Range, overlooking Oregon's Willamette Valley. What started as a love for livestock and the land - something my father instilled in me at a very young age - has grown into something much bigger: a dream to share exceptional beef with families who care about where their food comes from.
