Refund policy

At Pudding River Beef Company, we take great pride in delivering premium, farm-fresh American Wagyu beef directly to your door. Due to the perishable nature of our products and the strict cold-chain requirements of shipping frozen beef, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been shipped.

Why we can't accept returns: All of our beef is shipped frozen and carefully packed to maintain food safety standards during transit. Once a package leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee the integrity of returned product, and accepting returns of perishable food items is not permitted under food safety regulations.

Damaged or Lost Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, thawed beyond safe consumption, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email at puddingriverbeef@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and product. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis to make it right, which may include a replacement or store credit.
