We recently purchased some steaks and hamburger and we haven't tried the hamburger yet but the Hanger steak was to die for. Rich in flavor and you could cut it with a fork. We will be ordering regularly because it's delicious and we know exactly where it comes from and how well it's taken care of.

This was the first steak I had out of the Signature Box I purchased from Pudding River Beef last week. I was really impressed by the tenderness and flavor - especially for a New York. Seriously melts in your mouth!

Excellent value for premium quality American Wagyu. Will be back!

Pudding River Beef Co. – American Wagyu Rib Eye XL

I recently picked up an American Wagyu Rib Eye XL from Pudding River Beef Co. and was very impressed. The steak was beautifully trimmed, well packaged, and sealed fresh. The online ordering and pickup process was also simple and convenient.
Most importantly, the steak itself was excellent—very tender, flavorful, and a great-quality cut. For the price, I felt it was an excellent value for American Wagyu of this quality.
Overall, a great experience from ordering to the plate. I would definitely buy from Pudding River Beef Co. again.
