Pudding River Beef Company is a first generation cattle ranch owned and operated by Jacob and Elena Metzger. For nearly a decade, we have been raising American Wagyu cattle in the foothills of the Cascade Mountain Range, overlooking Oregon's Willamette Valley. What started as a love for raising cattle has grown into a dream to share exceptional beef with those who value a premium product.

For years, we have supplied family and friends with high-quality, ranch raised beef. Their enthusiasm for our product highlighted something we often take for granted. Quality beef with a story. That's when we decided to turn this God-given passion into a livelihood we could build together - one that honors our values, serves others and delivers on quality every time.
